- Prices include breakfast, city tax, mineral water bottles, parking and the Internet.
- Prices are quoted including VAT.
- The hotel reserves the right to adjust the rates. If canceled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- All children are welcome. Children up to 12 years old on an extra bed pay no fee.
- All older children or adults on an extra bed will be charged EUR 20 per night per person.
- Maximum number of extra beds / babycots in a room is 1 Pets are allowed. Fee 10 EUR per night.
- Prices for accommodation longer than 10 days are stipulated by agreement. Accepted credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Very clean and well maintained building, tasty breakfast and good location with parking and a bus stop a couple of minutes from the hotel. Kind staff, great experience overall.
